about Our Menu
May Day Cafe offers a full breakfast, lunch, coffee, and bakery menu with a focus on simple, delicious foods made with quality ingredients that hit the spot. We are proud to serve a wide range of deli and bakery products all made in-house! Many of our recipes we gratefully have inherited from May Day’s two+decades in business while others have been developed by more recent hands. Foods are meant to be eaten messily and with a full heart!Much of our menu rotates seasonally - including bakery, soups, pizzas, and salads - as developed and decided on by the cafe workers themselves. Our core food menu - including burritos, sandwiches, and quiches - and some bakery items are consistent daily throughout the year. Each season, we seek to offer a breadth of options with opportunities for creativity, while also maintaining a dependable and predictable menu for you to come grab your personal favorites.
